Who performs the treatments?

All injectable and medical-grade procedures are performed by licensed medical professionals (such as Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, or Physician Assistants). Aestheticians may perform skincare and facial treatments within their scope of practice. Our team is trained, certified, and experienced in every service we offer.

Do I need a consultation before my treatment?

You definitely can. A consultation ensures we understand your goals, medical history, and skin type before recommending a safe and effective treatment plan. Many consultations can be done on the same day as treatment, though. A lot of patients will book a consultation + treatment same day!

Is there downtime after treatments?

Downtime varies by service:

  • Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport): No downtime.
  • Dermal Fillers: Mild swelling or bruising can occur and typically settles within a few days but bruising and subtle swelling can last up to 2 weeks.
  • Microneedling / Laser / RF Treatments: You may experience redness or sensitivity for 1–3 days.

We will review exact aftercare instructions at your visit.

How long do results last?

Results vary by treatment and your body’s natural metabolism:

  • Neuromodulators: 3–4 months
  • Dermal Filler: 6–18 months depending on type/area
  • Skin Treatments (Microneedling, Lasers, Chemical Peels): Best maintained through a treatment plan and medical-grade skincare routine

We design a personalized maintenance plan for every patient.

Can I get treated if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Many medical spa treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy so we can guide you safely.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. We accept all major forms of payment and offer financing options through services such as Cherry, CareCredit, and in-house membership/loyalty programs.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule online, call our clinic, or send a message through our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend and evening times.

Can I exercise after my appointment?

We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot yoga for 24 hours after injectable treatments to reduce swelling and ensure optimal results. Some skin treatments may require longer—your provider will advise you.

What if I bruise?

Bruising is a normal and temporary part of many injectable and skin procedures. Arnica gel or tablets may help reduce bruising. Most bruising resolves within a few days and can be covered with makeup if appropriate aftercare timing is followed.

Do you offer memberships or loyalty programs?

Yes. We offer membership and rewards options to make ongoing skincare and injectable treatment plans more affordable. Members receive special pricing, exclusive perks, and priority scheduling. Ask us for program details.

Can I tan or self-tan before my appointment?

We recommend avoiding tanning beds, spray tans, and prolonged sun exposure before most skin and laser treatments. Tanned or sun-exposed skin may be more sensitive and could affect treatment safety and results.
