Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be completely unopened
- All original packaging and seals must be intact
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered products, including items where the seal has been broken, even if the product appears unused. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and services are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
