Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including one-time purchases, subscription orders, bundles, promotions, and pre-paid packages (collectively, “Purchase Options”).
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Subscription Orders
For subscription-based purchases:
- You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle through your customer account.
- Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Pre-Paid Packages & Bundles
All pre-paid packages, sets, and bundled offerings are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or partial refund once purchased.
Promotional & Sale Purchases
Purchases made during promotions, sales, or special offers are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refund unless otherwise stated.
Fulfillment & Processing
We reserve the right to begin processing orders immediately after purchase to ensure timely delivery. Cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun cannot be honored.
Refund Eligibility
If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
